Cathy is an Associate at COH and one of our Chartered Building Surveyors. She qualified in 2013, having previously completed a Masters degree in surveying. She has Incorporated Membership of the Association of Project Safety and is also a graduate of the RICS/SPAB Conservation Summer School.

Cathy is experienced in all aspects of building surveying work and is COH’s main advisor on the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

In her spare time Cathy helps lead the youth group at her local church and also enjoys travelling and photography.
