James is a Part-Qualified Building Surveyor who joined COH in 2021, having completed his 4‑year Building Surveying Degree at the University of Brighton. He is currently undertaking his APC in order to become a Chartered Member of the RICS.

In his spare time, James plays for his local cricket team and enjoys watching sports. He also has a passion for travelling, historical architecture and photography.
