Patrick is a COH Managing Director and a Chartered Building Surveyor. He qualified in 1995. Patrick is also a member of The Pyramus & Thisbe Society for party wall surveyors.

At COH Patrick mixes consultancy work with his role as managing director. He is predominantly involved in party wall and dilapidations work and also acts as client contact and team leader on portfolio instructions of all types.

As a former assessor for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), Patrick has successfully mentored graduate surveyors through the RICS APC process.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys family time and sports, and is active in his village cricket club.
