Robert is a COH Director and a Chartered Building Surveyor. He qualified in 1989. Robert is also a member of The Pyramus & Thisbe Society for party wall surveyors.

Robert has extensive experience as a contract administrator under JCT forms of building contract. With a strong grounding in the legal aspects of professional services, his specialist professional roles include acting for landlords and tenants in dilapidations
claims, party wall surveys, building surveys and he has also acted as an Expert Witness. His experience extends across properties ranging from commercial, industrial, rural and residential, including listed and historic buildings.

As a former assessor for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), Robert has successfully mentored graduate surveyors through the RICS APC process.

A keen bowls player, he has represented Sussex on the indoor and outdoor greens. He is a volunteer for RNIB, enjoys cycling and is a fan of motor racing.
